Kevin Vaughan is an experienced catering professional with a career spanning over two decades in various managerial and chef roles. Since April 2015, Kevin has served as a Catering Manager at Dine Contract Catering Ltd. Prior to this position, Kevin held the same title at Catering Academy from February 2013 to April 2015 and worked as Chef Manager at Wilson Vale Catering Management from November 2010 to February 2013. Kevin's culinary journey began as Chef De Partie at The White Hart Inn at Lydgate from 2001 to 2004, followed by a progression to Head Chef and Sous Chef at Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group between August 2007 and November 2010.
