Erica Hawkinson

Erica Hawkinson, MBA has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Erica is currently working as the Human Resources Director at DineAmic Hospitality, where they have held several positions since 2019, including Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Generalist. Erica was also previously a Human Resources Coordinator at the same company. Prior to joining DineAmic Hospitality, Erica served as the Marketing and Operations Director at Green Star Movement, where they played a crucial role in scaling the organization during a growth period. Erica was responsible for human resources, operations, and business development efforts. Before that, they worked as the Director of External Relations at Open Books, where they led marketing, communications, and partnership strategies. Erica also has experience in education, having worked as an Elementary and Middle School Spanish Instructor at Providence St. Mel School and as a Bilingual Elementary Educator at the San Diego Unified School District. Throughout their career, Erica has demonstrated their expertise in HR operations, marketing, communications, and event management.

Erica Hawkinson holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources and Change Management from DePaul University (2014-2018). Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Spanish Literature and Language from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (1999-2003). In addition, Erica Hawkinson has obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management in January 2019.
