Maickol Zapana Roka

Maickol Zapana Roka is a seasoned professional in financial planning and productivity management, currently serving as Jefe de Costos y Productividad at DINET since October 2020, with responsibilities including P&L analysis, reporting to management, and controlling CAPEX and OPEX. Previous experience includes roles as Ingeniero de Control de Operaciones Mineras and Analista de Costos y Productividad, where Maickol managed financial planning and budget preparation. Prior to DINET, Maickol worked at Operaciones Seprocal in various capacities focused on operational planning and safety compliance. Maickol holds a degree in Mining Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Piura, and is pursuing advanced degrees in Project Management and Mining.
