Jessica Sterling currently serves as the Payroll and Human Resources Manager at Dinosaur Bar-B-Que since June 2017, overseeing payroll processing and HR functions for both restaurant and corporate staff. With experience dating back to 2006 in payroll and human resources roles, Jessica has developed expertise in payroll reporting, payroll problem resolution, benefits administration, and compliance with wage and hour laws. Previous positions include Payroll and HR Administrator at Parratt-Wolff, Inc., and various payroll-focused roles at Dinosaur Bar-B-Que. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with minors in Math and Secondary Education from Wells College.
