Nancy Bertholf

Nancy Bertholf is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Dinosaur Bar-B-Que since November 2022, Nancy has previously held similar positions at Garden Spot Distributors and River Valley Holdings. Nancy's background includes significant experience in multi-unit management, HR functions, performance management, and employee development from roles at JCPenney, Family Dollar, RadioShack, CVS Caremark Corporation, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Hollywood Entertainment/Movie Gallery. Nancy holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Stony Brook University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics & Business Administration from SUNY New Paltz, supplemented by continuing education in Business Administration/Organizational Behavior from SUNY Empire State College.
