Benjamin Carnahan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in creditor's rights, bankruptcy, and financial services. Currently serving as a Partner at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP since February 2023, Benjamin has held several significant roles, including Vice Chairman of the Board at Taleris Credit Union from August 2017 to March 2024, where strategic direction and policy were set. Prior to this, Benjamin was a Partner at Walter | Haverfield, focusing on consumer finance defense and complex commercial contracts, and held positions at Dinn, Hochman + Potter, LLC and Morris, Laing, Evans, Brock & Kennedy. Benjamin earned a Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University - Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Kent State University.
