Stephanie Hoffman has extensive work experience in human resources and benefits management. Stephanie began their career as a Benefits/Payroll Administrator at Frost Brown Todd in 1997 and worked there until 2003. Stephanie then joined Catholic Health Initiatives as a Benefits Analyst from 2003 to 2004. Following this, Stephanie worked as a Benefits Manager at Graceworks Lutheran Services from 2004 to 2006. In 2006, they started working at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, where they held various roles including Director of Benefits & Compensation, Director of HR & Benefits, Chief Human Resources Officer, and most recently, Director of HR Operations & Facilities. Their tenure at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP lasted from 2006 until the present.

Stephanie Hoffman attended Morehead State University from 1988 to 1992, studying Business.
