Rob Rysavy has a diverse work experience spanning various fields. Rob most recently worked as the Chief of Staff at the Diocese of Colorado Springs since October 2023. Prior to that, they were on sabbatical from July 2023 to September 2023. From July 2018 to June 2023, Rob served as the President of St. Mary's High School, where they focused on providing a Catholic education to students. Before that, they held leadership roles at the Vitae Foundation, first as the Interim President/CEO from June 2015 to February 2016, and then as the President/CEO from March 2016 to June 2018. Rob also has experience in the finance industry as an Associate Wealth Management Advisor at Harvey Financial Group, Northwestern Mutual, from August 2014 to February 2016. Additionally, they served in the military as part of the 701st Combat Operations Squadron from 2012 to 2014 and as the Squadron Commander of the 26th Space Aggressor Squadron from 2007 to 2012.
Rob Rysavy completed their Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences - Human Factors Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy between 1986 and 1990.

Created in January 1984, the Diocese of Colorado Springs serves a territory that spans 10 central and eastern counties of Colorado. The Diocese serves more than 176,000 Catholics in 39 parishes and missions. The Diocese and its parishes provide religious education and formation to more then 9,000 students. To keep up with the needs of the Diocese's growing population, its social outreach continues to expand. Last year, Catholic Charities of Colorado Springs assisted over 240,000 individuals and families.
