Robert Allende

Robert Allende has over 20 years of experience in IT support and network management, currently serving as an IT Network Support Technician at the Diocese of Palm Beach since July 2022. Prior to this role, Robert held various positions at St. Francis College from October 2011 to June 2022, including Senior Support Services Technician and User Support Coordinator, where responsibilities included managing support services, overseeing account creation processes, and coordinating new faculty and student orientations related to technology. Robert's earlier experience includes roles at the Council on Foreign Relations as a Help Desk Technologist, and at the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum, where skills in network configuration, remote support, and client application assistance were honed. Robert's technical education includes a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from St. Francis College and a certification in Network Engineering from Anthem Institute.
