Kevin Lewis is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in automated people mover (APM) systems and vehicles. Currently serving as the Chief Engineer for APM Systems at Alstom since April 2019 and also as a Permanent Deacon for the Diocese of Pittsburgh since October 2022, Kevin has a long career that includes significant roles at Bombardier Transportation, such as Chief Engineer and Product Manager for APM, where responsibilities encompassed technical design, project execution, and product strategy development. Prior positions at Adtranz and AEG Westinghouse spanned various managerial and engineering roles, and earlier work experience includes engineering positions at Red Valve, Hankison, and Newport News Shipbuilding. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, obtained in 1985.
