Eugene McNally

Eugene McNally has extensive experience in construction management, primarily focusing on projects for the Department of Defense and various Federal Government Agencies. Serving as the President and Owner of Senate Builders & Construction Managers, Inc. since 1999, Eugene has also held roles such as Vice President at PBM Construction Group, Inc. and Project Manager at R.I. Williams & Associates, Inc. Additionally, Eugene has been a Permanent Deacon for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia since 2018. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Eugene achieved the rank of Sergeant and specialized as an Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Mechanic. Eugene holds a BS in Construction Management from Spring Garden College and a Master of Arts in Theology from Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary-Overbrook.
