Russell Elmayan has extensive experience in various financial and operational roles, culminating in their current position as the Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer at the Diocese of Raleigh. With a background in financial planning and analysis, cash management, and operations analysis, Russell now oversees all administrative aspects of the organization, including business and financial affairs, human resources, property and construction, and legal counsel. Elmayan holds a Master of Business Administration from Duke University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, a Doctor of Ministry from Duke Divinity School, and a Master of Pastoral Studies from Loyola University New Orleans.
