Justin P. Elks

Justin P. Elks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, risk management, and charity governance. Currently serving as Partner and Head of Consulting at Crowe UK since May 2016, Justin has driven the growth of the consulting business and played key roles in risk consulting and management. In addition to the position at Crowe, Justin is a Lay Member of the Audit and Risk Committee at the University of Southampton and a Licensed Lay Minister for the Diocese of Rochester. As a Trustee Director and Deputy Chair of the Kenward Trust, Justin supports initiatives to aid individuals affected by substance abuse. Previous roles include leadership positions at ORIC International, Just Retirement, and Friends Provident, where Justin contributed to significant business transformation and compliance initiatives. Justin holds a degree in Philosophy from the University of Southampton and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
