Katie Wainwright

Katie Wainwright has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Katie currently works as an HR Business Partner at Diodes Incorporated since December 2020. Prior to this role, they worked at Well Pharmacy from 2012 to 2020. At Well Pharmacy, they held various positions including People Partner - Commercial, Human Resources Business Partner - Project, and Human Resources Business Partner. In these roles, they actively contributed to driving the strategic people agenda, improving performance and talent management, supporting organizational changes, and providing HR advice and support to the management teams. Before joining Well Pharmacy, Katie Wainwright worked at The Co-operative Pharmacy from 2008 to 2012, where they held roles such as HR Divisional Operations Manager and Human Resources Advisor. In these positions, they partnered with the divisional management team, provided HR support, and advised on HR matters for a large number of branches.

Katie Wainwright attended Saddleworth High School for their secondary education. After completing high school, they enrolled in Oldham 6th Form College from 1999 to 2001, where they pursued a degree in Business Studies. Following that, Katie attended Liverpool John Moores University from 2001 to 2004, earning a BA (HONS) degree in Business Administration and Management. Later on, they attended The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2005 to 2007, where they achieved a CIPD qualification in Human Resources Management and Services.
