Jie Sheng Li

Jie Sheng Li is an experienced contributor and educator in the field of political economy. Currently serving as a Guest Contributor for both Diplomatic Courier and The Diplomat since 2018, Jie Sheng Li also works as a Freelance Research Analyst, producing articles for various publications. Previous positions include Adjunct Research Analyst and Research Analyst at The HEAD Foundation, as well as internships and lecturing roles at the University of Birmingham and the University of Warwick. Jie Sheng Li holds a PhD in International Political Economy from the University of Birmingham, an MPhil in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge, and a BSc in Economics and Political Science from the University of Birmingham.
