Ryantho has a diverse range of work experience. Ryantho started their career in 2006 as an Executive Secretary at Asosiasi Badan Usaha Jasa Pengamanan Indonesia, where they were responsible for coordinating sales and marketing activities. Ryantho then worked as a Senior Account Executive at PT. Indonesia Media Technology, achieving sales and profitability objectives from new clients. In 2009, they became a Field Operations Manager at PT. Eksindo Jaya, overseeing multiple warehouse operations. In 2011, they transitioned to Sales Manager at PT. Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Rent, managing sales and developing strategies for growth. From 2015 to 2016, they served as an Executive Account Manager at ORIX Indonesia Finance, accomplishing business development activities. Ryantho then worked as a Business Advisor at PT. Cipta Samudera Mas, monitoring local businesses and providing support for marketing plans. In 2016, they became the Business Development Division Head at PT. Grahaprima Suksesmandiri, where they directed business development activities and managed marketing and customer relationship activities. In 2018, they co-founded Allogio, a company known as PT. Gosyen Anugrah Abadi, and served as a Co-Founder. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Marketing Manager at PT Dipo Star Finance and is also the Head of the Operating Lease Marketing Department.
