Fiona Woolfe

Fiona Woolfe has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Fiona is currently the Head of Legal/Co Sec at Harvey & Thompson Limited, a position they have held since September 2021.

Prior to this role, Fiona was the Director and consultant at Fiona Woolfe Services Ltd from February 2016 to September 2021. In this capacity, they provided legal advice to clients in the retail financial services and fintech sector on a consultancy basis. Fiona also served as a Director, Consultant legal advisor during the same period.

From 2018 to 2021, Fiona was the MLRO, Legal and Compliance at DiPocket Limited. In 2020, they also worked as the General Counsel at Vive until September 2021.

Fiona has also worked as a Legal and Compliance expertise consultant for B-Social Limited and as the Compliance Officer, MLRO at DiPocket from 2018 to 2020.

Fiona has worked as a Consumer Finance Lawyer on contract through Vario at Lloyds Bank from October 2017 to February 2020. Additionally, they served as a Notary Public at Paris Smith LLP during the same period.

Fiona's previous experience includes working as a Legal and Compliance consultant at Oakam Ltd from February 2016 to September 2017. Before that, they worked as a Specialist Lawyer at Santander Cards UK Limited from June 2011 to April 2014.

Fiona also held the position of VP and Senior Counsel at American Express Services Europe Limited from August 2005 to March 2011.

Fiona Woolfe completed their LLB Honours in Law at the University of Warwick. Fiona later attended Chester School of Law from 1994 to 1995, where they obtained a Legal Practice Course degree in Law. In more recent years, from 2015 to 2017, Fiona undertook a Notarial Practice course at UCL.
