Marianela Lojo

Marianela Lojo is an experienced Human Resources professional currently working as an HR Analyst at DIPREM Global since August 2021, where responsibilities include employee support across Argentina and Latin America, management of AFIP registrations, contract preparation, and HR information analysis. Prior to this role, Marianela served in HR administration at UADEL S.R.L, focusing on human resources management within nuclear facilities, and worked as an HR Analyst at Orlando Goncalves S.A, managing employee grievances and participating in labor relations meetings. Marianela began their career as a Team Leader at Farmacity, ensuring the achievement of operational objectives and managing personnel documentation. Marianela is pursuing a degree in Development and Management of People in Organizations at Universidad Nacional de Tres de Febrero and holds a Technical Degree in Human Resources from Colegio Sagrada Familia, along with additional training in personnel selection from Capacitarte.
