Adriana Gonzalez Diaz is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in international human resources management. Currently serving as Head of Human Resources at DIPROINDUCA since January 2024, Adriana previously held the position of HR Canada and Latin America (CALA) at SAS from May 2018 to March 2024. Notably, during a long tenure at Scotiabank from October 1995 to May 2018, Adriana took on several leadership roles, including Director of International Human Resources for Latin America and Director of Workforce Insights, where emphasis was placed on HR analytics and dashboards.
