Cinta Burgos

Cinta Burgos has extensive work experience in the health and life sciences industry. Their most recent position was as Vice President Quality and Regulatory Affairs at Direct Biologics starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as Vice President of Consulting Services at Azzur Group from August 2020 to December 2022. In this role, they managed projects and consultants for the delivery of consulting services and provided oversight and support to specific consulting offices.

From April 2013 to August 2020, Cinta worked at The Biotech Box as CEO and QA Consultant. Cinta also worked as a consultant at Tryton Medical, Inc. providing quality assurance and design control support from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they were a consultant at Boston Scientific Corporation, where they were part of the validation team setting up a GLP laboratory from 2004 to 2006.

Cinta Burgos has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in BioPhysics from UC San Diego. Cinta pursued graduate work in Mechanical Engineering at San Diego State University from 1991 to 1993.
