Benjamin Shelton

Benjamin Shelton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Benjamin started their career as an Operations Coordinator at Best Buy, where they managed a team and ensured operational success. Benjamin then worked as an Office Manager at Ashley Furniture Homestores, handling financial accounting and store performance. Benjamin then joined Auburn University as an IT Specialist, managing the credit card financial suite.

Benjamin later transitioned to McKesson Provider Technologies as a Senior Software Engineer, analyzing data collections and resolving software issues. At Premier Inc., they served as a Senior Data Integration Engineer, analyzing and building client interfaces. Benjamin continued in this role at TKXS, where they produced data integrations and coordinated integration tests with external customers.

Most recently, Benjamin joined Direct ChassisLink Inc. (DCLI) as the Director of IT, Innovation, and Integration. In this role, they led the company's robotic process automation strategy, identified processes for automation, and managed a team of architects. Overall, Benjamin has demonstrated expertise in IT, data integration, software engineering, and process automation throughout their career.

Benjamin Shelton completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Wake Forest University School of Business between 2011 and 2013. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Software Engineering from Auburn University, which they completed from 2004 to 2008. In terms of additional certifications, Benjamin Shelton earned a Six Sigma Greenbelt certification from McKesson Health IT in October 2014. Benjamin also obtained a UIPath Advanced Developer Certification from UiPath in November 2019. Benjamin Shelton is currently in progress towards obtaining the PMP certification from PMI, pending the completion of the exam.
