Benjamin Shelton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Benjamin started their career as an Operations Coordinator at Best Buy, where they managed a team and ensured operational success. Benjamin then worked as an Office Manager at Ashley Furniture Homestores, handling financial accounting and store performance. Benjamin then joined Auburn University as an IT Specialist, managing the credit card financial suite.

Benjamin later transitioned to McKesson Provider Technologies as a Senior Software Engineer, analyzing data collections and resolving software issues. At Premier Inc., they served as a Senior Data Integration Engineer, analyzing and building client interfaces. Benjamin continued in this role at TKXS, where they produced data integrations and coordinated integration tests with external customers.

Most recently, Benjamin joined Direct ChassisLink Inc. (DCLI) as the Director of IT, Innovation, and Integration. In this role, they led the company's robotic process automation strategy, identified processes for automation, and managed a team of architects.
