Connie Estrems

Connie Estrems possesses extensive experience in ethics and compliance, currently serving as the Director of Regional Ethics and Compliance for North America at Direct Energy since October 2016. Prior to this role, Connie held the position of Corporate Manager - Compliance at MODEC International LLC, where responsibilities included the development and implementation of a global Compliance and Ethics Program focused on anti-corruption and anti-bribery measures. Additional roles include serving as Ethics and Compliance Officer at Dynegy and various positions at Duke Energy, Enron, American Ref-Fuel Company, BrightStar Group, Destec Energy, and Arthur Andersen & Co. Connie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
