Cathy Johnson

Cathy Johnson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transformation and insights roles across various prominent companies. Currently serving as Chief Transformation Officer and Business Consultant at Direct Group Pty Ltd since October 2023, Cathy previously held key positions at Mosaic Brands Ltd, including Chief Insights Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Experience also includes General Manager roles at Noni B Group and Specialty Fashion Group, as well as International Merchandise Manager at Forever New Clothing Pty Ltd. Earlier roles feature Head of Merchandise positions at APG & Co. and Apparel Group, culminating a career that began as a Merchandise Planner at Sportscraft/Sportsgirl Group. Cathy holds degrees in Industrial Relations from the University of Melbourne and Economics from Monash University.
