Mikhail Tokarczyk is a seasoned technology executive with a robust background in leading technology and innovation across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Direct Group Pty Ltd since October 2025, Mikhail previously held the position of Chief Information Officer at MT Solutions, focusing on AI and technology solutions. As Head of Technology and Innovations at Hogarth Australia from January 2022 to November 2023, Mikhail managed technology strategy across multiple sites, significantly enhancing client workflows. Mikhail's extensive experience includes a tenure at Viacom, where responsibilities spanned as Vice President of Technology for the UK, Northern, and Eastern Europe, and Senior Director across several regions.
