Matt Storey has a diverse work experience in the field of sales and customer service. Matt started their career in 1999 as an Inside Sales Representative at Talisma Corporation and worked there until 2001. In 2000, they joined PAR3 Communications as a Sales Representative and remained there until 2002. Matt then worked as a Sales Director at InstantService from 2002 to 2004. Since 2004, they have been the President and Evangelist in Remote Work-at-Home Customer Call Center at Direct Interactions.

Matt Storey attended Whitman College from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry-Biology.
