Kelly Iles

Kelly Iles is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HR Information Systems and business analysis. Currently serving as the Lead HRIS Consultant and previously as a Change Analyst at Direct Line Group since September 2016, Kelly specializes in business analysis, project management, process improvement, and system development. Prior experience includes a role as Business Analyst (Quality Manager) at the Institution of Civil Engineers from August 2008 to September 2016, alongside positions as HR Systems Specialist & Administrator and HR Administrator. Kelly holds a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science from the University of Nottingham, completed in 2007.
