Ben Soper

Ben Soper currently serves as the Head of People and Senior People and Talent Partner at Direct Line Group, beginning in September 2023. Prior to this role, Soper was the Director and Head of HR Business Partnering at Isio from July 2021 to September 2023, and held a Senior HR Manager position focused on HR Transformation at Santander UK from April 2020 to June 2021. Experience also includes serving as the Head of HR at Asto UK, which is a digital startup within Santander Group, and various HR roles at Santander UK and NatWest Group, encompassing HR business partnering and consultancy. Soper has extensive experience in human resources gained from positions at Royal Bank of Scotland and TMP Worldwide UK. Educational qualifications include a BA Hons in Ancient History from the University of Nottingham, obtained from 2004 to 2007.
