Luke Fletcher

Luke Fletcher has extensive experience in counter fraud operations, currently serving as the Team Leader for Counter Fraud Motor at Direct Line Group since February 2010, focusing on the identification and disruption of organized motor fraud. Previously, Luke held the position of Counter Fraud Home Team Leader, managing a team dedicated to preventing and detecting fraudulent home insurance claims. Prior to joining Direct Line Group, Luke was a Team Leader and Claims Handler specializing in first-party fraud at RBS Insurance. Luke holds a GNVQ in Business Studies from Huddersfield New College and completed education at Spen Valley Sports College.
