Benjy Paley is an executive recruiter with a focus on digital health. Benjy has a long history of working in talent development and career management, most recently as the Director of [re]start, LLC. [re]start is the sister company to Choice Recovery that provides its debtors, and many other consumers, with a talent development and career management service.

Paley's focus is on helping people find careers they will love. Benjy works with client partners within the financial, healthcare and higher education space to put their customers/clients with delinquent accounts through our [re]start program in order to help them find a new job. Benjy believes helping them this way is a more ethical and sustainable way to help them pay off their debt instead of sending them to collections.
