Jordan Verbofsky

Jordan Verbofsky is the Operations Coordinator at Direct Recruiters. They were previously with Bass Security Services, Inc. from August 2019 to March 2020, where they were a CS 3. They provided third-level support on resolving problematic issues, followed up with technicians on job completion, created quotes for project assessments, and sent and tracked products to technicians to install or fix camera security systems.

Before that, they were with Loan Protector Insurance Services from February 2018 to April 2019, where they were an EasyPlace Analyst. They provided assistance and guidance for multiple clients related to force placed property and casualty insurance requests, assisted with running beta testing on system enhancements, updated the EasyPlace systems user manual and quick-start guide, designed and implemented a warranty deed user guide for clients, and created and sent Billing statements to clients as well as processed Agent commission statements.

Prior to that, they were a Default Risk Assistant with New York Community Bancorp, Inc. (NYCB) from September 2016 to January 2018.

Jordan Verbofsky has a Master of Education from PennWest California in School Counseling, a Certification in Technology Education from PennWest California, and a Bachelor's of Science from PennWest California in Science and Technology. Jordan also has a diploma from Fox Chapel Area High School.
