Dawn Long is the SVP & COO at Direct Relief. Dawn has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, working with some of the world's largest companies. Dawn started their career as a Business Analyst at IBM in 1997 and has since held positions as a Senior Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, a Solution Architect at HCL AXON, and a Senior Analyst at Fluor Corporation. Dawn is a highly sought-after speaker and thought leader in the field of IT, and their work has been featured in numerous publications.

Dawn Long has a Bachelor's degree in Music from UC Santa Barbara and an MBA from the University of California, Davis - Graduate School of Management.
