Chelsea D'Agrella has a varied work experience. Chelsea began their career in 2013 as a Ride Operator at Adventureland Amusement Park, where they became skilled in operating heavy machinery and developed effective conflict resolution methods. In 2015, they worked as a Server at Boston Market, providing high-quality food and exceptional service. In 2016, they were a Sales Associate at Nine West Group, where they described use and operation of merchandise to customers, received and processed cash and credit payments for in-store purchases, and placed special merchandise orders for customers. From 2018-2019, they worked as a Syracuse University Food Services Employee at Syracuse University Catering. In 2019, they became a Technology Strategy Intern at Exos, where they collaborated with a team to analyze the structure of financial contracts and embedded data with the goal of streamlining internal processes for firm’s clients. Chelsea studied clients’ business logic related to their contracts to develop solutions that would quickly and efficiently extract data from contracts and created process automation for structuring traditionally unstructured data via a variety of analytical methods. Most recently, they have been a Client Services Analyst and Client Services Intern at DirectBooks since 2021.

Chelsea D'Agrella attended Syracuse University from 2017 to 2021 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
