Christian Juan

Christian Juan has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Christian served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at DirectDefense from 2015, where they managed the entire talent acquisition lifecycle, developed recruiting processes and procedures, and implemented an efficient onboarding process. At Samsung Mobile from 2014 to 2015, they were a Talent Acquisition Manager, responsible for developing recruiting strategies, executing full life-cycle recruiting, conducting training programs for managers, and managing open positions internally and externally. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Recruiter at Ericsson from 2013 to 2014, where they developed strong relationships with various stakeholders, reviewed resumes, and utilized online recruiting resources. Christian also worked as a Senior Corporate Recruiter at Hilton Worldwide from 2011 to 2013, providing recruitment support in multiple verticals and conducting behavioral interviews. Before that, they held positions at Mastech, S4 Consultants, and The Mobile Solution, where they recruited candidates, performed account management duties, sourced candidates through various methods, and trained managers on hiring policies.
