Rafaqat Mir

Rafaqat Mir is the current Chief of FinTech at DirectFN. Rafaqat has extensive experience working in various financial technology companies. Rafaqat started their career as a Senior System Analyst at Softech Systems in 2002. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing the business requirements of customers and drafting the technical documentation for the development team. In 2008, they moved to National Technology Group as a Financial Business Consultant. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing the business aspect of customer requirements and drafting the technical documentation for the development team. In 2009, they moved to StockNet Egypt as a Project Manager. In this role, they were responsible for pre-sales activity with prospective clients and managing the deployment and support.

Rafaqat Mir has an MBA in finance from the University of Management and Technology Pakistan and a BCS (H) in computer science from Hamdard University.

Rafaqat Mir reports to Abdullah Suweilmy, Chairman. They work with Laith Suweity - Head of Kuwait BD, Radwan Y. Burhan - Head of Infrastructure, and Jayalal Kahandawa - Head of Intl. Delivery.
