Karen Henderson is the Head of Employee Experience at DirectID. Karen has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, and Leadership Development.

Karen started their career as a Director at Henderson Coaching & Consulting, where they worked for over 5 years. Karen then joined Verisk as the Global Head of Talent Development, where they were responsible for the strategic direction of Talent Development and engagement for 8000 people across the globe.

In 2020, Karen joined Obashi as the Chief Commercial Officer, where they worked as part of the Leadership team to develop and implement the sales and customer relationship strategy for growth of a scale-up Tech business.

Most recently, Karen has been with Pawprint as the Director of Business Engagement, responsible for creating a Talent centre of excellence and leading through a HR transformation to a shared services model.

Karen Henderson has a MSc in Integrated Petroleum Geoscience from the University of Aberdeen, a BSc Honours in Geology 2:1 from Aberystwyth University, and various certifications from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) in Sustainable Business Leadership, the CIPD in CIPD Associate Member, APMG International in Obashi Foundation, University of Virginia Darden School of Business in Data Analytics Bootcamp, University of Edinburgh Business School in Executive Women's Leadership Development Programme, High Impact Development in Certified EQi2.0 coach & assessor, ILM in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) - Practitioner, and ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching & Mentoring.

Karen Henderson works with Josh Hodgson - Customer Success Manager, Clare Mccaffery - Chief Commercial Officer, and Karen Towler - Head of Marketing. Their manager is James Varga, CEO & Founder.
