Claire Grouffal

Claire Grouffal has extensive experience in the field of work psychology, currently serving as a Psychologue du travail and Animatrice de réseau at the Direction générale des douanes et droits indirects (DGDDI) since 2010. Responsibilities include co-animating a community of work psychologists, facilitating recruitment and integration, promoting psychological interventions, and organizing training seminars. Claire has conducted various interventions within the DGDDI, offering psychosocial diagnostics and team support. In addition, Claire is a certified Facilitatrice de Biodanza® and has held roles at the Mairie de Paris and AP-HP, focusing on risk analysis in occupational settings.
