Emma Le Boulicaut is currently serving as Chargée de mission Numérique responsable at Direction Générale des Entreprises since December 2023. Prior to this role, Emma worked as Apprentie chargée d'étude économie numérique at France Strategie from September 2022 to December 2023 and held the position of Marketing, ethics and communication manager at Nijta from February 2023 to September 2023. Emma gained valuable experience as an intern at Inria, where responsibilities included managing European projects, and also interned with the European Commission representation in Paris, focusing on drafting weekly briefings. Roles at Eurojust and Assemblée nationale involved legal affairs and parliamentary support. Emma's leadership experience includes serving as President of the Best Alternative To a Negotiated Agreement association, and further support roles were held at Go Pub Conseil. Emma holds a Master’s degree in Industries de Réseaux et économie du numérique from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and a Master’s in Europe et Affaires Mondiales from Institut d'études politiques de Rennes, along with a Bachelor's degree in International Law and Legal Studies from University of Turku.
