Helen Ulan is currently the Customer Success Manager at DirectViz Solutions, LLC, leading a strategic customer success program based on customer feedback and satisfaction monitoring. Prior to this, Helen worked as a Digital Strategist at DMI for defense and federal opportunities and as Group Manager at Verizon Communications for social media and online engagement. Helen also served as an Adjunct Professor at George Washington University and worked as an Interactive Designer at Computer Associates. Helen holds a M.F.A. in Visual Communications from The George Washington University and a BFA in Illustration from Parsons School of Design - The New School.
