Farah Basha

Farah (Joy) Basha is a seasoned professional in service design and innovation, currently serving as the Assistant Manager for Service Design & Innovation at the Diriyah Gate Development Authority since July 2024, following a role as a Specialist in the same division from June 2021 to December 2023. Farah's experience spans several organizations, including Bridjr as a Senior Innovation Design Consultant and HUED as a Service Design Consultant. Previous positions include User Experience Designer & Researcher at OCAD U CO, Jr. Designer at OCAD U - Imagination Catalyst, and Marketing Design Intern at Widex. Farah's educational qualifications include a Master of Design in Strategic Foresight and Innovation and a Bachelor of Design in Industrial Design from OCAD University, as well as a diploma in Design and Visual Communications from Vanier College. Farah continues to enhance professional skills through ongoing education at the DesignThinkers Academy and the Copenhagen Institute of Future Studies.
