Shama van Ross

Shama Van Ross has extensive work experience, starting in 2008 with EY as an Article Clerk, where they worked on various audits including Coca-Cola, Tiger Brands, and Dis-Chem Consolidated. Shama then became an Assistant Manager at EY from January 2011 to February 2012. In 2012, Shama joined Dis-Chem Pharmacies as the Group Financial Manager before being promoted to Head Of Retail Finance in March 2022.

Shama Van Ross obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting from the University of Johannesburg. Shama attended the university from 2004 to 2006. In 2007, they pursued an Honours Degree (CTA) in Accounting from the same institution. Shama also holds several additional certifications, which they obtained from LinkedIn in 2023.
