Celeste Bayles has a strong background in sales and operations, with a focus on strategic sales leadership and sales enablement. Celeste has held various roles throughout their career, including Vice President of Sales Operations at DISA Global Solutions and Major Account District Manager at ADP. Celeste has a proven track record of expanding market share and revenue in new territories and markets, as well as developing and implementing comprehensive sales enablement programs. Celeste has also worked in roles such as Director of Strategic Alliances, Director of Client Engagement, and Senior Sales Manager. Celeste has a strong business acumen and has been recognized for their leadership skills.

Celeste Bayles earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics and Consumer Science from The University of Alabama between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 2003 to 2005, where they studied Mathematical Statistics and Probability. Before pursuing their degree at UAB, Celeste Bayles attended Auburn University from 2000 to 2002, focusing on Mathematics.
