Jennifer Rae Blankenship

Jennifer Rae Blankenship is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and consulting. Currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at the Disability Management Employer Coalition since December 2023, Blankenship also operates Blankenship Consulting LLC as a Fractional Executive Director and Consultant since January 2010. Notably, Blankenship held the position of Chief Operating Officer at CalPACE from September 2016 to September 2023, and previously directed membership and education at The Collaborative for High Performance Schools and managed membership at The American Institute of Architects, Central Valley Chapter. Early career experience includes serving as Director of Traffic and Continuity in Radio Broadcasting from July 1996 to June 2006. Blankenship is an alumna of Duke University.
