Jennifer Johnson

Jennifer Johnson possesses extensive experience in claims examination and real estate, currently serving as a Claims Examiner at Disability Management Services, Inc. and as a Realtor at NRG Real Estate Services, both since August 2018. Prior to this, Jennifer worked at MassMutual for nearly 18 years, excelling as a Senior Claims Examiner and Project Manager. Educationally, Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Communication and Information Management from Bay Path University and a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.
