Olivia Lee

Olivia Lee serves as a Special Education Attorney at Disability Rights Texas since March 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Policy Analyst at the Texas Indigent Defense Commission from September 2021 to March 2023, and as a Committee Clerk and Legislative Aide to Representative Harold Dutton at the Texas House of Representatives from January to September 2021. Olivia's legal journey began as a Student Attorney at the Travis County Juvenile Public Defender from January 2020 to January 2021, coupled with a Law Clerk position at the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia during the summer of 2020. Previous internships and teaching roles include experience at Texas Appleseed, Teach For America, and the University Writing Center. Olivia earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from The University of Texas School of Law in 2021, following a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin in 2016.
