Ching-Shiuan Jiang

Ching-Shiuan Jiang 姜慶萱 is a seasoned professional specializing in disability inclusion, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Currently serving as the APAC Lead Disability Inclusion Consultant at Disability:IN and the Executive Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the APAC Authentic Inclusion Association, Ching-Shiuan also founded 15 DEI Consulting to offer strategic consulting in connected fields. Previous roles include Social Innovator for disability innovation initiatives and Community Specialist at the World Economic Forum, where significant contributions included establishing the first Employee Resource Group on disability inclusion and forging strategic partnerships with international organizations. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Geneva and dual master's and bachelor's degrees in International Relations from National Taiwan University.
