Adaeze Q. Amaefule

Adaeze Q. Amaefule, PharmD, MS, serves as the Associate Director of HEOR at Disc Medicine since July 2025. Prior to this role, Adaeze held the position of Senior Manager - Lead in HEOR Oncology at Astellas Pharma from April 2024 to July 2025 and worked as a Pharmacist at PharmaCann Inc from February 2024 to June 2025. Additional experience includes post-doctoral fellowships in HEOR at Thomas Jefferson University and HEOR Oncology at Novartis, both from July 2022 to April 2024. Adaeze's career also encompasses externships at Xcenda, Eli Lilly and Company, and Bristol Myers Squibb, along with a medical affairs internship at Novartis in 2020.
