Emily Provencher

Emily Provencher is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in trial litigation and prosecution. Currently serving as a Trial Attorney for The Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania since October 2023, Emily has previously worked as a Deputy District Attorney at the Chester County District Attorney's Office from 2014 to 2023 and as a Senior Assistant District Attorney at the Cumberland County Office of the District Attorney from 2010 to 2014. Emily holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Widener University Commonwealth Law School, obtained between 2007 and 2010, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Eastern University, earned from 2005 to 2007.
