Marie C. Dooley

Marie C. Dooley is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, and commercial litigation. Currently serving as part of the Office of Disciplinary Counsel at The Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania since March 2018, Marie previously worked at Fox Rothschild LLP from 2008 to March 2018, specializing in corporate restructuring and bankruptcy. Other notable positions include associate roles at Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC, and Adelman Lavine Gold & Levin, PC, focusing on bankruptcy and corporate law. Marie began their legal career as a legal assistant clerk at White & Case LLP after obtaining a Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Art History from Duke University.
