Anita Annamalé

Anita Annamalé has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Anita began their career with a Licence 2 Biologie stage at the Centre d'étude de la sensomotricité - CNRS, UMR 8194 in 2013. In 2014, they completed a Licence 3 Bioinformatique génétique stage at the Institut des maladies génétiques (IMAGINE). In 2015, they completed a Master 1 de Bioinformatique génomique stage at the Département des plateformes de l'IBPS, where their role included analyzing the impact of RNA-seq read filtering on assembly quality, as well as quality filtering and adapter trimming. In 2016, they completed a Master 2 en Bioinformatique Génomique stage at the Institut Pasteur. Since 2017, they have held two concurrent roles, as an Ingénieur d’études at the CEA - Commissariat à l'énergie atomique et aux énergies alternatives and as a Scientific Project Manager at Discngine.

Anita Annamalé received their Master de Bioinformatique from Université Paris Cité in 2016. Prior to that, they earned their Licence (L2 & L3) des Sciences fondamentales et Biomédicales from Université Paris Cité in 2014. Anita also completed their Première années des études de santé (PAES) in Pharmacie from Université Paris Cité in 2012.
