Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Design at Discord, Kieran oversees Product Design, User Research, Content Strategy, and Content Design Studio teams. Previously, Kieran held prominent roles at Spotify, including VP of Design for the Marketplace organization and Design Director for Consumer, focusing on tools that empower artists.
